I like James Deen. And I would let him do to me whatever he wants. But dude seriously? There are a whole host of reasons why us survivors don’t take our perpetrators to court. Including, avoidance behavior against being re-traumatized, to name just one. You’re absolutely wrong about him “doing them a favor”.

Are you kidding me? Did you even read the article? There are about 10 different women who all tell their stories about bad experiences with Deen. What's more likely:

A) There's a giant conspiracy against James Dean orchestrated by multiple separate women who want to bring him down for some unspecified reason?

B) James Deen pushed the boundaries with several different women, used his power in his industry to pressure women into sex acts they didn't want to do, denied consent, and even went as far as sexually assaulting and raping women.

I believe in the old adage, 'where there's smoke, there's fire.' I know he's a hottie, but use your brain here, not your dick.

It's an insult to these women's actual traumas to talk about the "trauma and pain they put him through." Talk like this is the reason the #MeToo movement exists.
