I wish those non surgical interventions were easier to find - it’s my first time hearing about them…
This is actually more common than people realise and sadly when this is affecting guys they’re too young/embarrassed to address it.
I had really tight foreskin; couldn’t pull it back at all. Now, it’s totally different; visually nothings changed but I can, and do pull it back daily.
I started to self-stretch when I was about 14. I’d run a hot back and place my two index fingers into it as much as I could and pull… I’d pull as much as it would go without getting too uncomfortable and I’d hold it. And I would keep doing it.
I started out always stretching in the bath but over the weeks as a little bit of elasticity developed I would do it in my room and would use a standard moisturiser to avoid it getting sore.
It got to the point where I could start to pull it back slightly and so, along with stretching, I would pull it down as much as it would go and hold it (occasionally pulling it as much as it would go, and then a bit more and holding it.
One of the most effective methods kind of halfway through is: I would pull the foreskin down as much as it would go while soft and then I would make myself get hard (grower) as that really stretched it in quite a safe, staggered way. Then I’d let myself get soft and would pull the foreskin back up.
I would estimate that from my first attempts at stretching to having complete foreskin freedom was maybe a 12-18 months … but I’d always recommend self stretching over surgery.
Of course the younger you are the better as your skin is more elastic… However, the body is excellent at adapting and so is advise trying it at any age.
I welcome questions and will answer to the best of my abilities, thanks guys!
