I saw posts saying it was an OD but can't tell if that was just hearsay or not, so my first thought was fentanyl? I guess if they can't determine the cause of death yet it was either intentional with drugs or accidental with drugs

I looked up his CA CRNA license before it was at UCLA, then someplace in Palm Springs. Now (for a while it showed for a while he wasn’t registered anywhere. No registrations in MD or PA.

That’s a very common thing to do for someone who loss a family member

It’s very common in America at least, the thinking is that the person grieving shouldn’t have to think about meal planning or grocery shopping, but also the house is usually flooded with guests during that time and they don’t want the family to feel like they have to cater to everyone.
