I agree. I think it may have been down to the financials. Yes, they may have been friends (maybe more of work friends), but when it comes to money sometimes friendships go out the window lol. It’s actually how some end, even families when they fight over money. It’s all about the Benjamin’s.

Well I also hate to say it, but Supernatural worked based off the chemistry of the cast almost exclusively. Nothing is going to work if they don’t have the core cast. It was a bad idea to begin with. (And one that has been proved with 3 spin offs already)

Wayward Sisters wasn't that bad actually. If I recall, they were basically competing against another spin off and it was one of those "only one of you gets greenlight" and they went with Legacies instead.
Bloodlines was the worst for sure. It was hated by everyone at the time. Funny thing is that it was dreadful regardless, but it didn't help that they cast Nathaniel Buzolic and the vampire diary fans sent them massive hate mail because they wanted him back on that show.

While this is happening, I still think J2 are best friends and they still see each other frequently in conventions. Plus two of their children are attending the same school and the same class

well all you can do is cross your fingers and hope Jared takes an interest in getting on the Boys, same way I keep my fingers crossed they might do that orgy summit episode (I know it wont happen but hey wishful thinking never hurts anyone lol)
