I think he’s on roids and combined with the ugly ass haircut, he just appears different
People's faces change as they grow older, it's called nature. The hairstyle (as mentioned above) can also alter somebody's face or how other people see it. Also, if he's bulking, his face will get bigger like the rest of his body, which is, again, nature.

Oh my gosh yes it is. I was waiting for someone else to point this out. First I thought, age, but the way it's changing doesn't match up, especially for a 2023-year-old in a year. So either steroids to help with the bulking, or too much beer with the bulking. Maybe both.
