Rumor has it these guys move from place to place not paying rent.

Nobody. They move in as a group pay the deposit and a couple months then move somewhere else. Or if they fight someone moves out then they all can’t afford the rent.
I have a girl friend who went to one of these kinds of guys parties and it’s literally 30+ dudes living in big ass houses sharing rooms and shit lol
Its sad that they all feel the need to live high on the hog with these lifestyles they cant afford. I think the 30+ is a bit exaggerated but I fully believe its a group of them and they all go in on the rent together. Just look at the vids they post. Who lives in a big ass house with barely any furniture and nothing hanging on the walls or anything? That was a dead give away that they are renting and the lifestyle is a farce
That & their engagement on social media is NOT the best either. I think Mark is the only one doing decent for himself since he has done a couple of shows now. Everyone else from that crew are just putting up a facade, imo

There's a couple that also had to lay low because they keep getting into legal trouble.
Though others don't seem to care, and just don't talk about it at all. Jayden & Jack Gentry, for example, are toxic hot menaces when they get drunk together and keep getting into fights with random people.
And they aren't the only ones, so I wouldn't be too surprised if landlords don't take too kindly to that, even in FL.
