Since he’s still in that Michigan house, I doubt that they have completely broken up. I’m sure Jeffrey and him have a sugar daddy agreement to a certain extent. Hence the reason Jeffrey didn’t seem to devastated when he broke the news. Also why would he be staying in that house if they were completely done?

Nate probably owns the house. Supposedly he has some weed business out there. No way he didn't make some great money off being with Jeffrey. California laws being the way they are he could easily Sue Jeffrey for a ton of cash if they didn't have some financial agreement in place. All he'd have to argue is his association (let alone romantic relationship) with Jeffree was an essential part of Jeffrey's brand, growth and financial success. And he'd (rightfully so) win.

Since they broke up Jeffree hasn’t been back to Michigan, and took the car back from the house. I’d say since Nates parents were already living in the house Jeffree let them have it, and now Zach moved back to Michigan and is also living in the house. I’d say Nate don’t have much because you can tell he doesn’t wear his fancy clothes anymore either.
Had I been in a relationship with someone as wealthy as Jeffree, I would have either gone back to school to get a degree in something or gotten a pilot's license or something... used my spouse's money to build a skill that can be useful to myself and my partner or that I could use to earn a living if there was a breakup.

Call me crazy but I feel like Jeffree might have pushed Nate away by wanting more than what Nate had to give. Jeffree clearly wanted someone he could brag about other than just a stay at home pot head. I think the final nail in their relationship coffin was when Nate started getting in better shape. I can imagine Jeffree wanting Nate to have a hotter sexier body so he could show Nate off on a vacation blog and I can imagine Nate being like "damn, I'm not used to putting in this much work to keep this relationship, I guess I'm just not enough"
