Joe santagato? -drool-

I think you're underestimating how much money this guy makes...

Patreon: 6k subscribers (let's split the difference between the $5 and $10 subscription tiers) = $45k/mo

Podcast:
Just sponsor ads - He runs 3 :30s ads per episode for both TBY and OPL. Let's say his reach is 300K listeners (very modest estimate) avg. CPM is $18 = $130k/mo

Merch: Let's say he sells 100 of those $65 a month. No idea how many he actually sells, but that's a 0.01% turnover per 1M followers. Very modest guess. = $7K/mo

So we're already at $2.1M a year.

BUT WAIT! There's more. Not a lot of ppl now, but he's also one of the founders of Wing (which is a telecom company much like sprint, verizon etc). AND he has a licensed board game with Hasbro (so random). No idea how much he makes out of those. But it would be very odd for a company founder not to make at least a couple hundred thousand a year.

So yea... the 6k monthly rent is nothing.

cpm of $18 is insane and way too high
