Did anyone noticed the swelling on his shaft or foreskin on the right side? There’s recent photos he posted on X and the video with Antonio in Scotland above which showed the same swelling. Is it from vacuum pumping or filler injections? I did ask him on social media if the swelling was a medical issue, and he blocked me.
