Justin -2 Blake-0....which is a surprise to no one. But it blows my mind in this day and age a person much less a news org would do what they did without thinking he could possibly produce evidence contrary to their narrative.
Not his lawyer threatening to take Taylor's statement....then a source close to her tells TMZ she isn't very happy BL has been using her and her name to get what she wants....Saying she had no clue Justin was going to be at Blake's that day. That puts it at Justin-3 Blake-0 IMO.... hahahaha (given it still could go to trial and a jury possibly see something else) But I don't think anyone is going to be willing to eat what she thought she cooked.I mean even Buzzfeed stopped after that one article they got dragged for trying to defend her
For both of their sake, they should settle out of court and sooner than March 2026.

He pretty much lost everything and Blake and Ryan are still trying to hide behind it all.
Depositions and a trial will expose them for who they are and I think that’s the whole point.

Eh if they’re smart they will. Even if he wins in court it’ll get appealed, and the total judgment will likely get reduced. If they’re make a reasonable offer he should take it. The challenge is that may make it harder for him to rebound but trials are risky and expensive.

I was watching a YouTube video of an attorney explaining the case and she said the fact that Blake is trying to get another lawyer besides Freeman (Justin’s lawyer) to do her deposition is absolutely outrageous and not advised by her high power attorneys. She referred to her as a “nightmare client”.
There’s absolutely no way she’s listening to anyone or taking wise advice. She wanted to scorch the earth because she made an ass out of herself this summer on the press tour and being exposed in interviews for being mean and she needs a scapegoat to clear her reputation.
It’s very obvious both Ryan and Blake are control freaks. I don’t even believe the statements the attorneys made are actually written by the attorneys I think they’re written by Blake’s team - maybe even Blake and Ryan themselves.
Every “statement” that has come out to defend Blake weather Jenny Slate or Brandon Sklenar were most likely written by Blake or Ryan or their publicist. Because they wrote a statement for Wayfer and Justin back in the summer and Wayfer and Justin rejected it.

Blake sounds like she's very stupid, almost illiterate. She has no comprehension of anything legal. Yeah there'll be no settling and Blake and Ryan are going down hopefully with Taylor Swift and Hugh Jackman. There's no innocents here beyond Justin.
The whole cast should be accountable. Even Sony. He should release the Director's cut at the same day of Blake's new movie sith Anna ... Best friends with Ryan and Blake, was at the premiere of It Ends with Us when Justin wasn't. Hugh was at the scene of the crime and hasn't said a word.
