Well, let's be honest...it's not really coaching. It's talking to him, or seeing him "demonstrate", aka fetish for talking to/seeing the guy.
I still think it's too much. I've paid way, way less for both good quality remote coaching and good quality custom porn content. 400 dollars a month is way overbudget for me, I'll look elsewhere and if I want to see him flex, I can just go to his ig or watch the videos I saved from his OF.

Yeah, I’ve had a few fitness guys pull this on me. I think they think I like their posts because I really care about their workout plans and not because of the pics of them flexing their big muscles.
I did his training program. I was not impressed. Only got a response once a week if that. His touch bases were not informational. And the programs I can get from YouTube.
He might be better in person training if he does that, but Online is not good.
