With a spotter right behind him, I'm shocked that this happened today. I had never heard of him before watching the horrible clip of him being overwhelmed with trying to lift too much.

It shows both the importance of knowing your limits, and having someone with the know-how to help you before the danger level becomes too late.

Yes, it was a horrendous accident. He looked so invincible, but apparently he was not.
