He still does lol. This was one of his career goals. He wanted to play He-Man and establish it as a franchise.
I think one of the issues for Kellan's career downfall is that he knows how to play the game in Hollywood, but maybe doesn't want to bend the knee anymore. When he made this
statement: “I have a nudity clause. I just don't think nudity needs to happen,” Lutz explained. “For me, I don't need to walk out of a shower showing my ass.”
I think he sort of sabotage his career with that statement and this nudity clause. It limits the type of TV shows/movies he could be in, or producers/directors he can work with. He's no Henry Cavill, so he can't be making these types of demands.
The majority of male A list actors have been nude at some point in their career, some even did full frontal. Is nudity necessary, hell no, but again, you have to play the game. You are hot, so of course they want to see you nude on film. He doesn't have a Hollywood career because he can actually act lol.
That said, he seems happy, so I wish him the best.
