Whatever you do, do not try to remove it with corn remover or anything similar.

You need an emollient and moisterising cream, preferably containing allantoin which aids cell regeration. Some guys have used cetaphil solution. Lip salve might work, too.

The surest way to dekeratinize your glans is to protect it from abrasion and wait for the skin to naturally rejuvenate itself. Over time, the layer of keratin will slough off as the skin cells die. Depending upon how keratinized your glans is, this could take anywhere from 1 to many months.

The problem with just using creams or lotions is that your glans is still exposed to abrasion from your clothing and bedsheets. Also, as the glans becomes dekeratinized, it gets more sensitive. Having a sensitive glans touching your clothes or bedsheets is very irritating.

The foreskin protects the glans and prevents it from being keratinized. You could check out something like the Manhood or the Senslip to protect your glans. If you have enough foreskin to cover your glans, even if it will not stay there, you can use a retainer, such as the YourSkin Cone. Or, you could restore your foreskin and cover your glans naturally.

PS: Don't wash your glans with soap. Soap has a tendency to dry out and/or irritate your glans. Rinsing with water is usually adequate to clean your glans.

Are you cut or uncut? Coming from down under I would guess uncut. So what's the problem? I mean, what makes you think you're having this problem?

For most of the 20th century Australian circ rates were higher than US. The big drop's only in the last 25 years or so.
