Always though Costner was hot, especially in The Bodyguard with that attitude and his youth, but from the bulge photos I've seen doesn't look to overly hung.

Really? Priapism is basically having a painful erection that persists for more than 6 hours or so. It's possible that he may get it from time to time, but it's not exactly a lifelong condition.
