He has every right to request it be taken down and his wishes need to be respected BUT when people put themselves online they should already be aware that once it's out there, once it's broadcasted to the world, there's no having 2nd thoughts. The internet is forever. Also maybe don't pull your underwear down while livestreaming to show your butt and maybe cover up a very obvious VPL underwear bulge if you didn't want people commenting on it and sharing it.
