I’m recovering from a painful nutshot. Should I consider seeing a doctor or asking my parents too take me to urgent care tonight?

How long till the pain becomes an urgent matter?

Go to see a doctor, friend. If ever there was something to be safer rather than sorry, it's your nuts. Nothing to be embarrassed about, they're all professionals and your parents would be happy to know you're safe. Don't wait if you've been in pain for longer than a few minutes, get it checked and I hope it's all just a sore sack tap, nothing more!

The pain makes it feel worse than it is. The balls are quite resilient, surprisingly considering you double over at the slightest tap.

Dude, if you haven't already, go see a doctor, you can never be too careful down there with your equipment, and if you will have seen him for nothing, no big deal....

Go see the doc. Especially if the pain is getting worse or ongoing. You could even have testicular torsion where the testicles twist and tie off the sperm tubes and blood vessels. Its a medical emergency.
