In Japan, you don't get to pick where you sit. You only find out what your seat will be after you purchase the ticket, so it's totally up to luck that a person might be in the right spot where they can see something before they cover up. So if a person is lucky they might see everything but only for a split second, other than that, they cover their dicks with their hands.
