I think it is filtered but it isn't fake. Just too much blurring to make the skin look smoother. Its usually better to look untouched than this airbrushed look. I hope it goes out of style
It's weird because he has a freckle on his right side of his belly button and under his right pec, but they got rid of them in the photo, yet they kept his birthmark on his arm. I love his freckles and wished they kept them. I wonder if Kuba tells his photographers that the one part they can't photoshop is his birthmark, because, I've seen it in all of his photos (rightfully so).
