Nice way of simplifying something that exposes how little you know about fitness.

This isn't one crackpot saying he did roids out of pettiness or spite. There's a variety of bodybuilding YouTubers who have broken down why it's highly likely Kumail did roids, based on their own years of steroid use, personal training experience, etc.

• Kumail said he did that transformation in 1 year coming off of someone who never worked out or had a bodybuilding physique in his life before that is already tough to do.
• Putting on that amount of muscle and vascularity can take 2-3 years for most doing it naturally
• He's also in his mid 40's which is a huge factor that makes getting that type of physique even harder if you haven't been working out already
• If you've ever lived somewhere like New York and been around the fitness scene, people do roids, SARMS, etc very casually and often so it's very easy to notice when someone is "on" something, again given the short time span that he changed.

Now Kumail has definitely worked VERY hard to get that body, roids aren't magic, and he looks great. BUT given his age, lack of prior bodybuilding, widening in jaw, etc he had help from some kind of roids, SARMS, etc.
