From what I've seen on the Big Brother reddit, whoever's running his TikTok and Instagram over the season posted some time after the finale aired that Kyle was flying home to Utah the day after so it looks like he went to the afterparty with the rest of the cast but then ducked out instead of hanging around L.A. like everyone else (minus Alyssa who's hometown is currently being hit by Hurricane Ian and Brittany who just flew home). Presumably he's either decompressing from the game offline like Alyssa said she's doing and laying low or he's watching the season before he goes back on his socials himself and addresses everything.

He didn't last long in other aspects of the show....

Yes, he slept with Alyssa a few times (I think Alyssa said after his eviction that they had sex six times but I could be wrong) starting the night he won that punk-themed veto during Taylor's hoh week. The cameras always cut away while they were in the makeout stages so there's no footage of it or anything; we're long past the days where the BB cameras stayed on during sex. They both admitted to each other that he doesn't last very long hence the ten seconds thing, but apparently she was only the third girl he's ever slept with (the first being his high school girlfriend which started the whole scandal that led to him not being Mormon anymore and the second being a gf from five years ago - no seriously, the guy hasn't been laid in five YEARS) and apparently he's dealing with religious trauma that he never went to therapy for after leaving the Mormon church. He did start speaking to a therapist within the house during his last week in the game, but that's likely way way WAY more focused on his bias-based issues than his ex-Mormon or sexual issues so it'll likely be a while before he manages to get to a place where he fixes THAT problem.
Having said that, before they ever had sex he did tell Alyssa how badly he wanted to go down on her so if they do stay a thing outside the house post-season then hopefully he can at least satisfy her THAT way before he gets his nut (or after if he discovers THAT kink) now that they're not at risk of cameras recording them or their fellow contestants walking in on them.

No, and during his time in Big Brother someone made him aware of the existence of Wikifeet so don't be expecting any anytime soon.
In the meantime, he's back out in the real world, finally got a (much needed) haircut, and apparently lost too much weight.
