it's quite easy: are they always online? the constant green dot is a total giveaway. Do they send constant stupid DM messages? Have they stopped posting full videos on their feed and they've instead begun repeatedly soliciting camshows or customs and selling PPVs. And sometimes, if you're subbed to more than one profile, you'll see the same message appear in two profiles. One case in point: Vitor-X and Paolo Bruni.
