I don't doubt it. I think most of the effects of this stuff was psychosomatic.
The packaging said to take it an hour before sexual activity... prior to taking them, I took some measurements -- which is to say, I suppose, that I simply verified my usual dimensions of 5-7/8" by 4-1/2" -- and had eaten maybe a couple of hours beforehand. Half an hour in, I was producing a noticeable amount of pre, even with just a semi, and my cock felt significantly warmer than usual.
Just before the hour mark, I noticed that the glans was more "inflated" than usual, so taking several measurements for verification, I found that I had gained about a quarter of an inch both ways, give or take 1/16 of an inch or so.
