One thing I have always wondered is, Do some these of women's clitoris become very large because of large amounts testosterone in their bodies? and if so will the clit continue to grow larger.
And, I am not referring to some of the ladies that use a vacuum pump the enlarge their clit on purpose.

Mostly it is due to steroid use, and also to a lesser extent the natural production of Testosterone when someone exercises very hard over a long period. Once the hormones go back to normal the clit stays the same time.
I have been with a long term female bodybuilder and her clit was huge, at least 60cm. All due to steroids.
