After consulting my Elmer Fudd dictionary I was able to translate the above.

Spladle you are right with regard to urine usually being a sterile substance, but if the person has V.D. spewing form their cock it will be contaminated.

Well, I'm not sure that I know what I'm talking about, but I think that all kinds of infectious substances could be in your urine (are in your urine, to some degree, though often minimal amounts), but since they're already in your body, drinking the urine is fine for you.
Someone else, drinking your urine, would likely have exposure to some germs, viruses, etc., to which he was not already host.
There's more than VD that could be transmitted.
The moral is: If you must drink urine, drink your own.
I wanted Spwado to know that.
