Can anyone let me know if you can find his instagram? He doesn't show up in my search and when I try to click on his name from posts he's tagged in, it doesn't go to his page. Just wondering if his account is gone or my instagram is glitching

He has been repeatedly targeted by Instagram in the last 5 months to the point of harassment. They keep deleting every new account he starts up after each previous deletion. I spoke with him a couple of weeks ago (he’s a friend of mine) about this. He’s told me that for the foreseeable future he has no plans on returning back to IG, given the 4 account deletions he’s had already. IG has basically broken his will to keep starting up again and working to build up a follower base, for the account to be deleted within a few short weeks again.
He is active on BlueSky nowadays.
