It's a prop cigarette. You can see that he usually lights them, allows them to burn slightly, and then snuff them out. The character of Asuma Sarutobi from Naruto is usually shown with a cigarette so most cosplayers, who do the character, do at least one or two photoshoots that include it.

You also should remember that he's French and they don't regard smoking in the same way that they do in other countries. While they now have laws prohibiting smoking in public buildings they still report that about 32% of the population smokes when by comparison 14% of Americans smoke.

Like another poster said, he is cosplaying a character who smokes. There's no saying whether he himself smokes or not.

And really, there ain't a reason to shame smokers anymore. They know the risks and the side-effects.

I subscribed to both. Not worth paying for yet. The only thing of interest is a shot of Leo's ass. Everything else is just shirtless pics. I'd give it a month or so to see if content improves.
