His current age is irrelevant. The photo was taken when he was underage. His age in the photo doesn’t change. If he was underage in the photo when it was taken, then he’s still underage in the photo.
If he took a new nude now, that would be fine. But the old one isn’t fine.

Just to let you know. You can't defame someone who's using an anonymous account. Since you would have to present evidence it unjustly affected or harmed your reputation. That can't be done without having your full name here so people can identify you.

He has had girlfriends but I think he is 100% straight. They know they have gay fans and play up to it a lot as many social influencers do these days. They got on Instagram early on with the Charlie/Leo ship posts so they played up to it even more.
Most social media stars in the closet will not play up to the gay stuff at all.
