They both have a birth mark in the same bicep location (he's buffer now, and the crotch pic is definitely when he was a bit younger), and he has the same rough, veiny, and manly hands in both pics.

If it's a fake, it's really well done. (I don't know why I circled the blue shirt, ignore that.)

On the opposing side, the Twitter account that posted it DID lock their account, but they're also getting a lot of flack from people who are upset about the picture because it ruins their "perfect image of Lewis being a soft, sweet boyfriend type".

Its weird to me that people think its not him. He may have a 'boy next door' look (although now he's more jacked), but he's still a guy. He still gets horny and has sex.
