Since I’ve had this fun little idea in mind for a while, I thought this would be the perfect moment to share it with everyone. I’ve always been fascinated by the "About Us" page on the LES site—how Brendon showcased those featured scene banners for all 58 series.
As a huge fan, I had actually put together this collection a while back—handpicking the absolute best representative scene from every single one. Now that everything is uploaded to MEGA, I thought it’d be great to share the entire set with everyone here in a single post.

An absolute Viking unit—tall, thick, massive, and huge all over. This was his final appearance, and he blew Brendon away in the most intense, fierce way possible. The only minor downside is that he wore sunglasses during the scene, but thankfully there’s a great photo showing his handsome face right at the start.

The promotional banners there are beautifully designed and packed with details, showcasing all 58 series in the collection. The fun (and challenge) was that the site never actually listed which guy belonged to which banner scene—so I had to dig in, study the footage, and piece the puzzle together myself.
After navigating through all 58 representative scenes, I decided to narrow them down into a single, definitive showcase of the 30 Banner Boys—the ones that best capture the absolute peak energy of the studio.
Here is the deep-dive behind how I handpicked and curated the 30 Banner Boys from the entire Like em Straight catalog:
- Phase 1: The Initial 58-Scene Reduction
The starting point of this project was the About Us page on the official LES site, which features promotional banners for all 58 video series. Each banner typically previews 2–4 guys/scenes. My first rule was absolute discipline: select exactly ONE signature scene per series to represent that entire release. This instantly cut down hundreds of appearances into a raw, highly curated set of 58 standalone representative scenes.
- Phase 2: Grouping by Eras & The Legacy Cut
Next, I grouped the 58 series into three distinct eras: Legacy (24 series), Middle (17 series), and Modern (17 series). The Legacy Era is defined by its raw, home-video aesthetic, unpolished camera work, and heavy international talent. To keep the ultimate list focused on prime production quality, I made a tough executive decision to pare the 24 Legacy series down to just 3 scenes/2 guys featuring the absolute standouts of that era.
- The Chad Special Exception
In that Legacy Era cut, one guy broke the rules: Chad. He is the only performer in this entire project who managed to claim the top spot for two separate series (Heavy Loads and Plugged). That’s not an oversight—that’s pure favoritism based on merit. He was just that magnetic, dominant, and unmatched in those early days. Together with Howie (Like em Straight), they represent the indestructible foundation of the Legacy Era.
- Phase 3: The Golden Era Selection (28 Guys from 34 Series)
That left 34 series across the Middle and Modern Eras (17 series each)—the true Golden Era of LES with higher production value and elite casting. Out of these 34 candidate scenes, I had to make some tough cuts and leave 6 great scenes out to cap the selection at 28 guys. Combined with the 2 Legacy champions (Chad & Howie), this landed perfectly on a clean, powerful roster of 30 Banner Boys.
- Navigating Duo Banners: Single-Focus Spotlight
Another challenge was handling series where the official banners featured paired scenes—such as Willem and Pierce in Blast Off, or Tony and Landon in Straight Studies. While the studio presented them together, fan consensus and screen presence clearly point to one dominant force. In these cases, I selected the solo cuts focusing entirely on Pierce and Tony. Similarly, for series like Dick Dynasty where Robbie was featured twice (both in a solo scene and a paired scene with Cary), the choice was obvious—the solo cut featuring Robbie took center stage to represent the series.
- Tough Calls: The Art of Sacrificing Greatness
Selecting just one guy per series forced some agonizing sacrifices. Take California Hardwood—the site featured Alston, Owen, and Landon. While Hale was drop dead gorgeous in that scene, the overall energy of the site's top three was unmatched. Ultimately, Landon won because he embodies the absolute peak of high-energy, positive, boy-next-door charisma who willingly gave 100% to the director.

Similarly, for The Skin Game, it came down to Bo, Bradan, and Evereth. While it was sad to bench Bo, Evereth took the crown effortlessly. That line felt so raw and authentic, there's no way it was scripted—it just spilled out of him, cementing his legendary status.

It might have been on a different site, but I could swear I saw a video on LES where a big-dicked older daddy type (oldest guy I have ever seen on the site) was coaxed into some fun and even partnered with another dude who kind of worshiped his dick. The Landon with the bandana ticks ALL the boxes for me. He is, of course, pretty detached in the clip and is just there to get his money and go. But still HOT AS FUCK.
