I don't think it's just one person ratting everyone out, i've reported people on youtube when I was feeling petty and they were being toxic but bothing happened. It probably needs a bunch of reports before anything gets done
I made a compilation of Michael Gerry's boners and morning woods. I don't know if someone is interesting, I could upload it somewhere. 
In my case, only one person reported three of my videos. It's all it needed to get my account banned

You should be able to disable the comments section. Also, you can classify the videos as "unlisted" so that they aren't public: just post the links here for us. Yeah i've already disabled the comments and votes. I've the most videos unlisted and put in some playlists. Just worked well ^^ For now...
