A lot of them do actually seep. For any streams over an hour so, I believe they're sleeping (I mean who lays awake for 5-8 hours awake and doing nothing).

Not just because there's indeed a massive difference between the owner of the account, by themselves, turning on the camera and going to sleep, and something that involves touching or taking advantage of a sleeping person without their knowledge. But also because it makes every form of roleplay in the realm of the sleeping or hypno kinks impossible.

I guess it's just so they can make sure nothing non-consensual slips through without having to do actual work and judge it per case. So, laziness.
