London pools spas and saunas

I am travelling to London for a few days next week and I’m looking for places to show off naked/in speedos in pools saunas and spas. Not sex clubs just regular chill out places open to public for day passes etc. staying down near Canary Wharf. Like also places which have gendered saunas etc where men can hang naked shower naked etc
