Get a pump with a gauge, and a cylinder of the correct size, and make sure you buy one of those expensive thick walled cylinders with a nice smooth rim. The info on how to measure for the correct size and what pressure/time/frequency to use is published on several penis enlargement forums, such as MOS and Thundersplace. Look for the pumping sections and read all you can, then follow a newbie routine and you should be ok.

They have the best prices on the damn good Kaplan cylinders and Mity Vac handpumps. You can get a whole kit for under $80. That is some high quality shit and you will get great pumps. After you are in it for a few montha and are experiencing some good progress, you can spring for a metal handpump and maybe a more expensive expansion cylinder like a thick wall from Vaccutech or something... but for now, stick with the Kaplan gear. jnoutlet sells the shit at near wholesale prices.
You will also need to buy a leather cock cinch to "lock in" your pump when going out. get one with snaps and try to get one with a buckle... California Exotics make the straps that I use.
