When I was young it was awfull at the gym when we had to run.

I've got a pretty sizable pair. Mostly, they swing out of the way, but when I am using the rowing machine, I have to wear a pair of good underwear. Otherwise, my balls get in the way and ruin my rhythm.

YUP! I have the same problem on the rowing machine. You REALLY need a tight pouch if you have low hangers on that thing.
