He did not end up getting naked, only got down to his underwear. He then left. Saying if you wanted to see more of him in his underwear; to pay for PPV. As of right now do not subscribe it is not worth it. The chat was EXTREMELY upset that he left without actually getting naked, rightfully so since the title says truth or strip till I'm naked.

True, he is new. However Onlyfans is an American company which has to follow the BBB guidelines. If enough people complain about his livestream saying its false advertising, which it was, Onlyfans would be forced to refund everyone during his livestream. Onlyfans has had to update its Terms of services for this exact type of instance. Yes is Luca new, sure. Doesn't mean he gets to pull shit like that though. I can link the TOS for anyone who is disgruntled enough to pursue such an action, however getting enough people would be difficult.
He was asked multiple times if he would show dick and he said multiple times to give him time. People conveniently leave out what they don't want to hear.
nowhere I am belittling the fact he is new. It does not excuse him from breaking BBB guidelines though, a new driver isn't excused for a hit and run, or drunk driving. I personally will not be going forward with any complaints or form of refund from Onlyfans, I am simply giving people the option to try and get their money back is they so choose.

You do realize that the BBB is a private non-profit organization that has absolutely nothing to do with any government agencies and has absolutely ZERO power to do anything to anyone or anything, except not give a business their paid for "BBB" accreditation, right? They literally have less power than the home owners association in a subdivision across town from you... At least the HOA can actually fine it's members and put a lien on their houses for not cutting their grass... The BBB can frown at you, aggressively... But not too aggressively b/c that could be considered assault...
It really does seem like it's going to be scammy, he's making the live sound like he was naked and click baited most of the pictures. It seems like he's wanting to trick as many people as possible and make as much as he can in the first month before quitting.
Normally you expect this sort of thing but with Joey/Brandon and Chris Baurer coming out decent, I had high hopes for Luca.

I agree he posted a poll of what we want and most of the items were teasing content. It does feel he’s trying to get as much money as possible and never posting any nudes . However i think we should give him a week to see what he ends up posting on his of.
I will give him time, I don't mind them starting off slow like Zach did, it took him over a few months to show his dick, but I hate the clickbait that they do to scam people into buying Instagram pictures.
