free him? he committed a murder... just because he's ridiculously good looking doesn't justify his actions. and we can go on all day about health insurance companies but the fact is they're never going to change no matter how many "Luigi's" there are in the world. he's just a beautiful face who did something incredibly dumb and now has to pay for it for the rest of his life. Ill speak your language. NYPD, they dont want to look bad in public because they cant find the real killer, they never will, so they find this look a like that they could pin this all in. The videos pics does not look anything like Luigi. This boils down to the Police not wanting to look bad "Oh they found the killer bla bla bal wheew our city is still protected". Luigi was set up for this, I hope to god I really hope to the higher power that they will dismiss this case, or find him not guilty. It will be the trial of my entire existence, never we will see anything like this. The NYPD (cops in general) majority of them do a lot of dirty work. So many proof of them acting like a bunch of idiots. Let's do the right thing here, listen to your heart, look at all the evidence, review the pictures, videos closely and pay more to attention to all the details. HE IS INNOCENT. I think whether or not he killed someone is out of the question is out of the question. Not unlike Kyle Rittenhouse or Daniel Penny. The question of why the killing occurred is the important question here. Public opinion on health insurance companies is so bad that I think arguing self defense is not out of the realm of possibility. I do believe in the power of juror nullification and I think the prosecutors are going to have a difficult time persuading them.
