YUP...that fundamental difference really seems to be working out just great for "Y'all", except of course IF you're unable to afford medical insurance coverage for yourself and your loved ones, or your coverage runs out, or your insurance claims for life-saving treatments are denied by greedy, corrupt, profit-driven healthcare insurance providers. Despite the obvious flaws in any government-run, tax payer-funded Universal Access National Healthcare System, at least NO-ONE in those countries ever needs to choose between groceries and declaring bankruptcy vs affording the life-saving medical treatment they or their loved ones require
