My heart breaks for him. It truly does. If only he had waited in that tiny lobby area rather than going to the McDonald's our baby would still likely be free. Damn! I don't really believe in God but for some reason I want to pray for his well-being. I hope he can at least get off on a mental illness type of deal. If he truly is guilty, I do believe hes the type that can legitimately be reformed to entire society at some point in his life. There are people who get very little time for murder so I'm hoping he is one of those people. I also hope that they don't get to apply the death penalty to this case.

Fun to fantasize, but I don't believe it for a second. He basically lived the life of a nomad for the last several years, so likely didn't own much filming equipment. If someone filmed it for him, that "stash" would have been sold for a lot of money.
