Imo he should be broken out. Can't trust them w him. He can connect w people, live abroad a few yrs then return to the US as a political leader.

so i initially skipped the motel video but after watching it HOLY FUCK his massive hands

I've often said Luigi might have evaded capture for a while longer if he would have removed the disguise. If he wouldn't have had the mask on, and no beanie, I believe he would have thrown people off.
