There is a lot that sniffs fishy about it.

She was a senior staff member, doesn't seem to have put in an internal complaint, didn't go off on sick, or even go home that day, doesn't appear to have have started looking for another job or connacted ACAS.

Instead she seems to have carried on as normal for three weeks, then decided to report him after she lost her job.

She's either incompetent or lying/exaggerating the situation in my oppinion.

And again, thinking you wouldn't be taken seriously is a stupid reason bot to create the paper trail, because now it looks like she was fine about it, until she was sacked.
