His more slender build was pretty perfect a few years ago before he packed on the muscle too. I'm good with whichever outcome.

Even that Amish beard can't dispel his appeal (though I notice they let him keep his mustache, and didn't go for the long and scraggly sort).

I think they will do well. Training is the key, and I cannot imagine that Luke and Hig didn't train well. Plus it helps that Hig's sister has run marathons before. NYC was my first marathon a long time ago - it's really quite the experience (if you are crazy enough to want to do a marathon!).

Marathons are always 26.2 miles. He did quite well for his first marathon. NYC is a tough race. Hig did well too - finished just a couple of minutes behind Luke. I tracked both of them and they ran side by side for the majority of the race.
