I would absolutely LOVE to see him in an action role especially as a gay character. I have been dying to see gay leads in action or fantasy for ages now. At least we had a horror one debut earlier this year even though I thought Knock at the Cabin was kinda dull. But yeah Luke as a action hero would be awesome

Glad to hear he kept his foot in the door for that job opportunity/revenue stream. He's practically unique in being an openly gay actor who still gets multiple straight romantic lead roles, so he shouldn't give up that niche.

Exactly. the horny crowd here often don't care for his Hallmark work since he usually isn't playing gay nor showing much skin but actors are always happy to get steady work and Luke can live comfortably by continuing to partner with Hallmark like this.

I also love that he is openly gay and getting to play str8 romantic leads so often like you said. That's so encouraging giving Hollywood's history (and very rare) but people here really take that for granted typically. But I wanna see even more of that tbh
