Sounds like you mike be thinking of Sam Jones, who appeared full frontal in Playgirl under a different Name

Mmm... Lyle Waggoner, probably my first real crush. The Carol Burnett Show was one of my favorites. He was the beefcake for the show, and made regular appearances. He always seemed to end up shirtless whenever he was in a sketch. Mmmm... Beefy.
