If you follow the links to the reddit and then hit the link to his original reddit, the pictures show two clearly different arrangements of the penises. In the one where they are erect, they are separated by about a half in at the roots. In the flaccid photo in the original Reddit, the penises appear to have a common base/root. They are clearly not the same person.

Fishy. While not impossible, having same size and fully functional multiples, and no other congenital malformations is wickedly rare. When something as basic as showing the same penises in two photos gets messed up, I raise the Bullshit Flag.

I think it is genuine, and can't see how it can have been faked.

It shows a guy with two cocks, one above the other, which makes it possible for him to double penetrate the girl.

Duplication of any appendage is very rare. How often do you see someone with two arms on one side? I've personally never seen it, its extremely rare, but when something like that does occur the arm or arms are almost never formed normally. Usually when this happens on of the appendages would be underdeveloped and unusable, and I don't see why this would be any different with penises. I would expect that one or both would be undersized and malformed.

I would add that, unless he was born in a third-world country, doctors would almost certainly have strongly advised the parents to have the extra appendage surgically removed in infancy when doing so would have been easiest. In the case of extra genitalia, they would certainly want to do so prior to puberty.
