Yes, and no. While married, it was short-lived. In November 2013, he did a Q&A with "Queer Me Now" wherein he said he was married, but was already separating -- adding that he planned on staying single. So based on what that "anniversary" photo indicates, that would have been about six months after the wedding photo was first taken. As an aside, I have a vague memory that there may have been something else going on (a reason) for the marriage, but since I have no way to verify that, I don't want to start a bad rumor.

I thought Marco's Saxon-era was way before 2013 (according to the Queer Me Now-interview, pasted below).

I have seen and found, online, that Marco featured in several (not just a couple) porn clips (being a gorgeous bottom) way into 2016 (way after his Saxon-era).
