There are some really fucked up people out there who will post anything just to get a "like".
 
I did look up his real name and found that the Instagram account does seem to be his. As for literacy, there seems to be a plethora of semi-literate Americans and Britons and even Canadians (!) on this site.

Oh I know they are using his real name. I am almost 100% positive it is not him though. Agree on the language and some of the content just doesn’t add up.

If you search either of his porn aliases or even his real name on IG you'll find a ton of accounts. More than one of them claiming to be him. I don't think any really really are.
