Well yeah Ethan wanted to be a hoe.This couple has been such inspiration for me as a young gay man search for any kind of visibility in queer spaces and any kind of a role-model. Though they didn't last forever they were a beacon of hope for many. I don't know what really happened or what first caused the cracks in this relationship but based on what people say here it was something on Ethan's end. I made a memorial video to this relationship from Marks POV since so many of you are Mark fans in true LPSG style...An early 2010s style video for a early 2010 gay couple that gave so many young gays hope!

I think it's sweet that you still have a little hope for the two of them, but let's face it! They are no longer the same brats we saw in 2012, they are two adults who decided to go their separate ways several years ago.

Exactly what it says. They don't work by and large same way. Thus the term "heteronormativity" and many gays thoroughly standby this or champion that we should not in fact base our relationships around this structure.
We’re still human and we’re drawn into that for a reason. I get so annoyed when some gays act like just because you’re homosexual you just do the opposite.

Oh I agree, but my personal experience with guys in the few real relationships I've had plus one I've seen in my own family, inclines me to agree with this approach as I've gotten older.

Mark seems to be the type of gay guy who wants a heteronormative relationship, Ethan was probably the one that wanted to have a more stereotypical gay relationship. They became incompatible.
