They allow what Instagram formerly allowed to a point and a certain gay youtuber that must not be named once called "tasteful nudes" right before they transitioned from Insta, to OF, then Patreon.
patreon does allow nsfw stuff, but they're very strict about it. i think something like artistic nudity would be allowed, but if it's just porn they don't allow it. so basically, soft dicks only, i guess
