the break up was to unload the Methan following and all the psychos that went with it, but also to free them up from the couple stigma. They are obviously still together. They went to see A Star is Born together. They drove up to Malibu a couple of weeks ago just because/to take some pix and Ethan's location on one of the insta pics was simply "happy" and he made that pic his profile pic. lol
it is also very apparent they are both trying to distance themselves from that whole LA scene. In the taco life video Ethan says over the years he "learned what really matters" and "wouldn't change a thing" all while looking at Mark off-camera. Not even gonna talk about how in the break up video they are practically playing footsie/flirting heavily with each other as usual or how Ethan is selling drawings of Mark on his print store and Mark is still selling that print of Ethan's hand in the pool. I can understand why a huge chunk of their fanbase came away from the break up video confused af and remain so to this day.

when they told the story of the first time Ethan was pissed at Mark (Mark invited Ethan up to his folk's lake house w/o telling his parents. They weren't mad, but the situation was uncomfortable and Ethan wanted to leave, and Mark wouldn't let him and in the end convinced his parents to let Ethan stay, lol) you can pretty much scope their relationship dynamic clearly and how Mark tends to call the shots all the time while Ethan lets him. I can see why Ethan would want his own place and sort of be his own man. It's nice that Mark is letting him. I would say of all the yt couples out there gay or straight Mark & Ethan is one of the healthiest.

Completely disagree. It was always Mark that made the videos that are always featuring his adoration of Ethan, Mark always seemed more lovey-dovey. Even the most recent one about Mexico City love. It's like a love card to/featuring Ethan. In the breakup video you can see that Mark is so sad, bummed and teary eyed and Ethan is the one that seems weirdly robotic and chill about it.
I feel like this could just be the folding of the fabric. Why would he have a raging boner while eating wheat thins and doing a livestream? Now the trampoline gif is juicy.
so after watching Mark's latest upload and his insta posts all I'mma say is they're either still together but keeping it somewhat lowkey,
you are clearly buying what Mark is selling. I'm talking about stuff that wasn't force-fed and just... came across in off-hand banter or conversation. And I'm not saying Mark isn't completely sincere. I just think Ethan is very guarded with what he does/doesn't share online, and his love for Mark is one of those things. He's said a few time that he "expresses" his love for Mark by poking fun at him. Mark has jokingly said "why do you hate me so much?" and Ethan has been like "it's the complete opposite!" etc. So, Ethan saying that he would want the power of invisibility so he can follow Mark around all day is shockingly telling, imo. More so than Mark "looking teary-eyed" in a video where one would expect him to look so! And just watch Ehan's old vlogs and the melancholy vibe and way they sort of come across like a Chronicle of Mark Miller. lol Ethan's devotion to Mark has never been in question to me, personally.
anyway, they seem to be spending Thanksgiving in Cali - together, and if they were broken up (for realz real) I would think Mark would spend it with his fam, his parents would fer sure send him a ticket home. I honestly don't think they ever broke up.
